Renegade Fabric Vol. 1 is the latest EP from Feezable The Germ. Some of you may know Feez as the co-pilot of The Lunch Table podcast on Respect My Region (now available on Spotify). Along with Caj Encee and Mitch Phiefer, these three chop up the latest hip-hop news and trends sweeping the inter-webs every week. Feez is also a talented MC in his own right, constantly working on his craft when he’s not on-air clowning Mitch.
Renegade Fabric Vol. 1 throws bars at your face from track one. Feez brings a high energy flow along the lines of a Run The Jewels and Danny Brown hybrid style for this project. This is the type of project that goes right into my workout playlist to help me tear apart my next workout. Lyrics about making money and chasing dreams take the majority of the spotlight. However, Feez slows things down on “Wasting My Time” and “Champagne Champion” to close the EP out on a smoother, softer note.
