Founded in 1997 out of Southern California the band has laid claim to the peculiar genre called Surf-Rock. They’ve released six albums since they started and maintain a regular Winter Blackout tour.
Their shows have always been entertaining. Having toured with some larger surf-rock bands like Slightly Stoopid and 311, The Expendables play an energizing show you can expect a pit and blunts being smoked outside. Their song, “Bowl For Two,” is my personal favorite. A classic stoner love song about smoking a bowl with someone special.
