He recently sold out 45 East in Portland on the 12th of this month. After reaching over 10 million streams on Spotify within the first few weeks, Elephante‘s sound is spreading like wildfire. With 33 stops and counting on the Glass Mansion Tour, he’s sure to reach a lot of ears.
Glass Mansion touches on the fragility of everything we build in life and use to stand on. Elephante AKA Tim Wu crafts undeniably catchy, yet intelligent dance beats that boast variety on each track of the 9-song EP. Wu takes pop, rock, and dance music and puts a highly educated spin on it, utilizing tasteful trap-influenced breakdowns. Nothing you wouldn’t expect from a Harvard graduate. The guy is versatility at its best when it comes to creating pop music and EDM.
