Eaze Buys Green Dragon To Become Largest Cannabis Delivery Service In America

The nation’s largest cannabis delivery service, Eaze, is now getting even bigger as it acquires Green Dragon, a multi-state cannabis retail leader. This makes Eaze the largest multi-state delivery operator, as well as the largest California-based MSO.

Eaze and Green Dragon together will provide services to customers and patients in Florida, California, Colorado, and Michigan. These also happen to be four of the fastest-growing cannabis markets in the U.S. The combined company has plans to operate 42 storefront retail locations that also offer delivery.

Over the last two years Eaze has shifted to vertical operations, allowing the delivery company to grow exponentially. With a solid foundation, this was the perfect time for them to make a big move like this. Green Dragon has already proven to hold expertise in the retail and production space in Colorado and Florida. As Eaze are experts in delivery, the two will surely complement each other’s operations and grow together immensely.

Rogelio Choy, the CEO of Eaze, made a statement about Green Dragon and its expansion. He said, “Green Dragon’s airtight operations in Colorado and expansion into Florida’s booming market adds key operational capabilities to our national footprint and cements our leadership as California’s largest MSO. Together, we are well-positioned to leverage the market’s explosive growth now and into the future.”

“We are incredibly excited to be combining our retail and production expertise with the nation’s leading cannabis delivery platform. Together, Eaze and Green Dragon will be able to expand access to even more patients and customers via an ever-expanding delivery network as well as physical storefronts across the country.”
