Atlanta collective Divine Suns just let loose their new album The Beautiful that features gorgeous album art and has a great punch. In addition to featuring several talented voices, the instrumentals on the tracks are gems. Several beats drip with gorgeous moments, ranging from the very opening to pretty much every following track. Divine Suns have curated an excellent experience with this project. After a bit of a hiatus starting in 2017, they’ve reentered in the scene in 2020 already with two strong projects, the other being Absolutely No One.
For those looking for a mature, methodical collective embodying musicality with ease, the Divine Suns can’t be missed. The Beautiful is yet another strong record from the group, but their entire discography deserves to be explored.
They also have excellent merch which embodies their message of inclusivity and empowerment. From tight artwork to tongue in cheek phrases like “A beautiful headache” on their products, they’ve got their style down. With over two full pages of merch, people are sure to find something to love. Hopefully The Beautiful is yet another introduction for people into the experience which is the Divine Suns.
