Alternative and indie pop artist Dayglow announces that he will be releasing his new album titled “Dayglow” that he views as a more authentic debut album.
Dayglow, formally known as Sloan Struble, is a 24-year-old alternative and indie pop artist from Fort Worth, Texas. He released his first album ever called “Fuzzybrain” in November of 2019 while he was attending his first semester of college at the University of Texas.
Dayglow’s “Fuzzybrain”
The most popular song on the album and the hit that Dayglow is most known for is “Can I Call You Tonight?”. The song got pretty popular on TikTok and then started to take off on its own. The song has a little bit of a nostalgic feel and a fresh vibe, making it the perfect pop song. In fact, some have even tokened it as an indie pop staple.
Dayglow says that he worked on the songs for this album throughout high school, with his studio being his very own bedroom. He tells Fort Worth in an interview that “Fuzzybrain” really encapsulated how he felt in high school, waiting for change to happen, not fully understanding where you are in life, and said that self-discovery is what fueled the record.
Now, “Fuzzybrain” has almost 32 million streams on Spotify, with “Can I Call You Tonight?” having over 600 million streams, more than the album itself.

Following Projects
After gaining popularity from “Fuzzybrain”, Dayglow started to release more projects, including his single “Let You Go” in August of 2020. Following this was his second album “Harmony House” which dropped in May of 2021 with its most popular song being “Close to You”.
Following this, he released a very intriguing five-track EP in collaboration with Endel called “Life In Motion” in December of 2022, which we can assume was a spin on his previous album, “People In Motion”.
