The 2022 Consumer Electronics Show (CES) will convene the tech industry in-person as well as digitally in Las Vegas on January 5th through January 8th.
CES is an annual trade-only show/event for individuals 18 years of age or older and affiliated with the consumer technology industry. It is organized by the Consumer Technology Association (CTA).

CES In-Person Events After COVID-19
As the event gets closer, people within the tech industry prepare for an event with over 1,700 exhibiting companies, a multitude of thought leaders, and keynote speakers from around the world. They are gung-ho to get the industry back together to share, connect, and experience the current cutting edge of technology.
It is refreshing to be able to get back to in-person events considering the global pandemic set by COVID-19. Last month’s CES Unveiled in Amsterdam and Paris were both very successful in-person events. Now, the world is eager to do it again at the beginning of next year in Vegas. Of course, they will be doing so with great precaution and concern for attendees and public safety.
This makes sense when you consider that over 300 of the guests at CES 2022 are key industry audiences. These keynote audiences are coming from the Fortune Global 500, Interbrand 100, top retailers, and leading US and global media. In addition to the key industry audiences, there are attendees from 159 countries that have already registered.
The Week of the Las Vegas Trade Show
The press conferences are the two days prior to CES and will be held at Mandalay Bay. However, CTA has set up everything else in areas called Tech West, Tech East, and Tech South. You can see the layout on this map.
During that first week of 2022, Las Vegas will be filled with the tech community showcasing and experiencing the latest in digital health, food tech, automotive tech, NFTs, gaming, smart home, and more.
