You can’t experience a full-blown Seattle Summer unless Capitol Hill Block Party and Bumbershoot (or both) are on your calendar. 2025 is the year to make it happen. Seattle’s tourism levels have returned to pre-COVID levels, and it’s time to get back out there. Capitol Hill Block Party is a city staple, and a new two-day format compacts the fun and makes it more manageable for everyone involved. At 34, a two-day festival just seems much more doable.
2025 features a great list of headliners including Thundercat, DJ Pee Wee (aka Andeson .PAAK), Porter Robinson, The Dare, Slayyyter, Jorder Ward, and many more incredible artists. Lexa Gates is coming back to Seattle to perform, and that’s one you shouldn’t miss. Laza, Justin Harden, Taylar Eliza Beth, and many other incredible artists will be packed into Capitol Hill on Saturday, July 19, and Sunday, July 20. Make sure you save the official Spotify playlist to find all the hidden gems for your festival schedule.
Capitol Hill Block Party Pricing
As you go to pay for your tickets, you’re met with the following screen. Ticketmaster would never.

The pricing this year runs you $137 per day for general admission. A two-day pass is $259, and they let you know there are additional fees if you select the payment plan option. However, the best option available is probably the “BumberParty Pass” which gets you both days of Capitol Hill Block Party and BumberShoot for $378. That’s less than $100 per day, which is a banging deal.
Capitol Hill Block Party always helps blow up some of the world’s dopest artists. Sol, Danny Brown, Run The Jewels, Two Feet, KnowMads, Sam Lachow, Big Wild, Jai Wolf, Dillon Francis, and Diplo have all performed at this festival. CHBP is always one of the most varied and eclectic festivals in the Pacific Northwest. It always holds it down for the Seattle sound and makes sure to never skimp on the headliners.
