Cannabis Recall In California Costs The State Millions

29 Cannabis Brands Forced To Recall Products In California

On November 28th, Sequoia Analytical Labs released a Public Service Announcement stating that pesticide testing at Sequoia Analytical Labs was not in compliance with BCC regulations. Since that time, MJBizDaily reported that a cannabis recall has been issued by the California Bureau for Cannabis Control, as well as the names of 29 brands that are forced to recall products across the state.

There are also some 848 batches of varying cannabis products that were affected, and those also might get recalled. This disaster is already costing the state millions of dollars in tax revenue with much greater losses potentially on the horizon.

In those batches, roughly 60 licensed brands and distributors are included with products ranging from flower to pre-rolls to concentrates. If you’ve been consuming cannabis in California, check out the list of brands and products that have been recalled here.
