Going on adult field trips is fantastic. It gives you a chance to wander, to look, to learn, to ask and to get cool nifty free things. This past week I made my way to the RAD Expo in beautiful rainy downtown Portland, Oregon. While at the expo, I ended up with stickers, candles, CBD samples in various forms, and best of all, a weed grater.
It might be the cheesiest thing to be excited about, but I love to grind my weed versus picking it apart with my fingers. Big shout out to the Oregon based grow, Rebel Spirit, for providing them as branded souvenirs.
This cannabis grater is about the size of a credit card. It’s very attractive with their Rebel Spirit Logo and the grater cut out piece being shaped as an eagle. The metal card is textured with holes and ridges for grating.
For efficiency and also, in attempts to the control the mess, I leaned the card at probably a 45-degree angle. Logo side up, and pressed the bud against the front grate plate of the card. Lightly pushing on the cannabis and moving it in a vertical motion across the grate. Just like with grating cheese. It worked astoundingly better, and less messy than I imagined. This was truly a wonderful and simple hand-held cannabis grater.
