Before Attending…

Before attending the Canna Get A 2nd Chance Career Conference, you might want to bring a few things. First, bring a copy of your resume or a list of skills and previous experience so a resume coach can assist you. Then, practice a 30-second description of who you are so you have a solid response when an employer asks about you. Lastly, look for any emails from 40 Tons that may request your resume beforehand so a coach can quickly access it. This will also allow them to contact you after the conference about any job opportunities.

“At 40 Tons Careers, we believe that the key to stopping recidivism is through education and opportunity. When we can bring those 2 things together and help individuals get access we can start to change the narrative and provide real sustainable impact within the cannabis industry and our communities.”
