One of our fellow Seattle online platforms, The Blow Up, turns 2 this month!
When Casey Carter teamed up with Carrick Wenke after she stepped away from MissCaseyCarter.com, they launched a new platform. The Blow Up is a unique blog aimed at providing a space for independent musicians to post music and find community amongst one another. It’s tough to get your music out into the world and most blogs are even tougher to get an email back from. The Blow Up team has streamlined that process as well as curated numerous unique series and posts.
Hats off to the Blow Up Co staff. We know as much as anyone it’s extremely tough to consistently bust your ass and provide opportunities for independent music.
