Oregon showed up to this year’s West Coast Weed Tour. A mandatory stop at the Trap Kitchen food truck lot left our munchies satisfied. Americanna RX made sure we smoked some of Oregon’s finest cannabis.
Urban Canna- Gelato Cake
Once it was combined with Gelato 33, the doughy gas aromas are jacked through the roof. The dense flowers contain the smell well, but once it’s broken down it permeates through the room and bounces off the walls. I already see why Mitch was possessed by this one.
Doghouse – Starkiller OG
Starkiller is an indica-dominant flower with a pleasing purple, orange, and dark green coloration that comes from crossing Mazar x Blueberry OG and Rare Dankness #2. This strain has potential medical benefits from how strong the terpenes are and THC is. It’ll definitely calm you down. If you’re not careful it’ll put you to sleep.
Fox Hollow Flora – Juice Boxxx
There are subtle purple patches blending in with a light green background. There’s a creamy fruit smell that greets the nostrils when the nugs are cracked. Each nug felt dense with no cushion when I squeezing it between my fingers.
Ideal Farms – Tiramisu Cookies
Bred from famous cultivars like Animal Cookies, Bay Exclusive OG, and OG Kush Breath. This indica-dominant strain can satisfy your coffee cake needs without any of the bitterness. The unique fresh-cut wood aroma to the cannabis provides an enticing smell to go along with the name. If you want dessert this holiday season without the calories, maybe you can substitute this for the dessert table.
Rosebud Growers – Purple Punch
The combination of smells makes me think of fresh-baked muffins. Hopefully, the punch hits as hard as the smell. The nugs inside the jar feel like soft pillows between my fingers. They’re covered in large splotches of purple that encompass a larger portion of the nug than what I’m used to seeing.
