Driving through downtown Ballard farmers market and you might see a giant sign that reading “hemp CBD marketplace,” a far cry from the standard farmers market fare from the last 30 years. Every brand with some conceivable way to hop on the cannabidiol express. The makers of Bang Energy drinks, VPX Sports, has been dropping information about CBD beverage coming out sometime in the near future.
Stoked is the brand name of the drink in question and will specialize in full-spectrum hemp extract-beverages with some fitness flair. Stoked will have the same sugar-free and caffeine packed options as VPX’s flagship drink Bang Energy. De-caffeinated options will be available as well and the initial flavor lineup includes frose rose, (so trendy) mango bango, strawberry blonde, and birthday cake bash. Stoked will be wrapped in colorful cans, bold font, and a (some-what stereotypical) pot leaf logo.
VPX has been showing off their latest product at the USA CBD Expo in Miami, Florida, the largest CBD conference in the country. Miami’s loud party hungry atmosphere seems like the perfect place to release a hemp-infused energy drink packed to the brim with caffeine.
There’s no information on Stoked drink’s release date. It’s safe to say that it’ll be coming to a gas station or supermarket near you with hemp-based CBD products popping up over the entire country.
