Tranquil Forest is doing some great things in Washington’s recreational cannabis market. They have flooded the entire state with the most popular genetics coming out of California. The Cookies, the Gelatos, the Mints, you name it. Tranquil Forest’s Apple Fritter strain is one of their most recent hyped cultivars and it certainly meets expectations.
This Sour Apple and Animal Cookies cross doesn’t have the looks of its Gelato or Sunset Sherbet cousins, but what’s under the hood will blow the competition off the starting line. While the aromas never took me back, the smoking experience was excellent. Smooth inhale, tasty exhale, and a bowl full of clean-grey ash.
Apple Fritter is classified as a hybrid strain, but the uplifting effects are understated. This is a strain that wake one up and helps them focus-up on the task at hand. This is a great strain to enjoy during a mid-day break — it can relieve some stress while still allowing you to turn up the motor and hustle the to-do list away.
