Ever since day one, I’ve been laced up to my bootstraps following All Star Opera every step of the way. Over the years, they’ve seen members come and go. Now they have really come into their own as a six-piece bohemian hip-hop band. On October 17th ASO will be releasing their debut LP, and arguably the best project out of all of the All Star Opera releases.
The legendary Robert Lang Studios was home to the band throughout the entire recording process. Building Blocks is the first single to be released off of their album. Shot over the summer in Walla Walla, Washington, this is hip-hop on acid. Jamming in wheat fields, melting faces, pushing the mayor into a pool, and roller skating in tube socks.
