AJ Suede just dropped his new music video for his single, “Brujeria,” that was most likely shot by Woftone back in 1998. Through the lens of a camcorder, we see Suede digging through the crates at Fat Cat Records out in Wallingford. Then serving up straight-faced bars down on the waterfront of Elliot Bay.
“Suede the nameless, I think I made a couple hoes famous // No brainer, give me brain till you’re brainless.”

The single comes from his freshly released new album Darth Sueder II, the follow-up project to his release of the same name earlier this year. The young Sith lord brings dark vibes and a cool guy swagger to his rhymes.
His use of lo-fi beats makes his tracks feel cozy. AJ’s lyricism is unique and MF Doom-esque in the sense that you never really know what’s going to happen. When both of those elements are combined it creates the perfect listening experience for these dark days of Northwest drizzle.
