Music-meets-cannabis trailblazers, Northern Nights, announced the phase one lineup for their 2022 return to Cook’s Valley Campground in Piercy, California. Taking place on July 15-17, the West Coast festival will host a slew of artists spanning across electronic music’s broad spectrum. All of which will be enjoyed surrounded by the serene NorCal landscape, with lush forestry, rolling hills, and the shimmering, teal Eel River.
Similar to festivals like Suwannee Hulaween, Northern Nights established itself as one of the country’s most unique boutique festivals, and for good reasons. Beyond the eclectic lineup of artists, attendees will be able to explore various art installations, float down the river while listening to music at the River Stage, and camp under a canopy of Redwoods. Not to mention, attendees can toke up safely with legal cannabis for sale on-site with consumption allowed.

Music at Northern Nights 2022
The phase one lineup of Northern Nights is stacked with a variety of beloved DJs. Claude VonStroke, founder of Dirtybird Records and renowned DJ, as well as genre-bending London producer TroyBoi earn the headlining slots. Right behind them is a highly recommended personal favorite, French DJ CloZee. Additionally, buzzing artists Elderbrook, SNBRN, SOOHAN, and David Starfire are also set to take the stage. A dozen other artists have also been announced, with more on the way.
Cannabis at Northern Nights Festival
Whether you’re a cannaseur, or you just like to blaze up here and there, the Tree Lounge consumption area is a must-see. In this lounge, you’ll find various industry-leading cannabis brands along with weed-related activities and experiences. This includes medicated dining experiences, cannabis yoga, and more. Previously seen brands at the Tree Lounge include Cookies, Cannacraft, Jetty Extracts, Humboldt Farms, Madrone California, and more. With updated local and state regulations, Northern Nights will be expanding the Tree Lounge across the festival.
Northern Nights at The Emerald Cup Harvest Ball
Furthermore, Northern Nights will be hosting a takeover at The Emerald Cup Harvest Ball. This will take place at the Redwood Stage on December 11-12, showcasing artists such as Mr. Carmack, Random Rab, A Hundred Drums, and more.
