ExZac Change and Matisse are one of Spokane’s favorite stoner-rap duos whenever they share a booth to create a banger. Their newest collab dropped November 1st with their satirically titled track “BoJack,” produced by DJ Wffls.
Dedicated to “smokin’ on some good good,” the idea for the title came from a line in the hook which goes, “you roll a J up I swear it taste like a bale of hay. Hay is for horses, I am a man.“
Reminding them of the popular dark-comedy TV show BoJack Horseman, Change and Matisse rolled with it, staying true to their clever tendencies with wordplay.
“All of my smoke is the flame, can’t say the same for yourself what a shame. You roll a J up I swear it taste like a bale of hay. Hay is for horses, I am a man, don’t want a portion, fuck is a gram? I need a big ole zippy dippy-doo-dah and a brew-ha, I’ll be happy as a clam.”

You can’t listen to this track without sparking up or at least taking a bowl rip. With good vibes galore, Change and Matisse go bar for bar and just have fun with it per usual. The chemistry between these two is apparent as they’re basically, if not completely, best friends who also do more than just make music.
Working together on the Happy To Be Here (H2BH) podcast as well, hosted by ExZac Change, they keep their hands full and are always on the grind to give underground artists a spotlight.
