Who is Calabasas?
Calabasas, formerly known as the image, is a Los Angeles pop duo that’s been making waves. The pair consists of multi-talented producer Franskiiz and master lyricist Watrcup. Calabasas has been on a tear since they caught the attention of Kanye West co-manager and SVP of A&R at Def Jam, Bu Thiam. To date, the duo has collaborated with Kanye West, UnoTheActivist, and now with Marc E Bassy on “Voices.”
Marc E Bassy is a San Francisco-born singer/songwriter who has mastered orchestrating heartbreak records for fans everywhere. Known for tracks like “You & Me” and “Morning,” Bassy has taken his music to found his label, New Gold Medal Records. Marc is using his music and label to flip the script on his own trajectory after swerving in and out of label deals since he was 20.
