It’s not just great weed, it’s the best. Artisan cannabis refers to strains and products that are of a luxurious quality, and typically a high THC percentage. A handful of celebrities are hopping onto the #NoBrokeSmoke meta by teaming up with geneticists to create such strains. Quavo and his Birkinz cannabis are no exception.
Few celebrity strains can boast what Birkinz can. This bud is packaged in 1/8th jars that are concealed in a miniature Hermès Birkin purse. Birkin bags are not unfamiliar to Quavo, and they aren’t a stranger to cannabis either. Last year, Quavo upheld a promise twice over to his partner Saweetie, and on her birthday he got her not one, but two Birkin handbags.
On what is more likely a coincidental note, Birkin bags also had an issue in 2014 where the leather inside “smelled like marijuana” when heated up. There may not have been weed in the bags then, but either way Quavo is changing that with the Birkinz packaging.
How fire is Quavo’s Birkinz anyway?
Now let’s be real. Not every celebrity cannabis collaboration is guaranteed to be valid. On top of this, the Birkinz strain is currently more of a rarity due to its newer status. Quavo teamed up with Winners Circle Genetics to make the strain. These geneticists pride themselves on a handful of luxury cannabis strains, including Peanut Butter and Jelly and 1942.
Nonetheless, on all accounts so far, Birkinz is gas. It’s a hybrid strain, and a previous batch (there are more on the way) clocked in at 31.2% THC. At the moment, Birkinz is priced at $80 per 1/8th before tax.

Alongside this, we know Quavo smokes. Not every rapper can say the same, but Migos as a whole are definitely bud connoisseurs at this point.
