Galaxy was the winner of our People’s Champ award during Respect My Region’s Listen Up Challenge in April. The Russian artist turned heads with her straight up delivery and message on current events that are still ringing true a few months later. Creating something with some substance to it obviously opened people’s eyes because her submission drummed up the most comments compared to the rest of the competition.
Recently, Galaxy dropped the video for her single “Bando” produced by Chris Pack, who we also worked with on the Listen Up Challenge. Galaxy is a baddy with her own drip and her own money. “Bando” is a sassy but powerful track where she makes it clear she’s got her game on lock and needs no help. She’s doing her thing, having a good time while doing it, and she doesn’t have time for fakes or pricks.
