Respect My Region and Lennie Krew have been putting in some work as of late, and have been working on some surprises for this years hip-hop shows. We are excited to announce there will be a cypher at the Hip-Hop night at Raw Space this Friday (and the remainder of hip-hop nights of the year). This is just a piece of what is going on for the night, Dyme Def will already be making the trek over I-90 to kill it, and Yung Jordan will forgo partying in Pullman to rock with Central. Mike Champoux will be fresh off a slew of shows to his first appearance at Raw Space of the year. Leenie Krew will be gracing the stage in full #swag and volume with members uniting from both sides of the mountains. Dj jStorm will be the house DJ and has some #filthlyness for the crowd. We’re calling all MC’s and performers who make the travel to spit in a filmed cypher by Respect My Region TV and O.D.ography. Winner will be featured on our blog and invited to the next cypher to defend his/her title.
Any MC who wants to participate needs to be at the show at 8pm, and 8:30pm is when we will get this cypher going.
For those of you that don’t know what a Cypher is, there is an example cypher below featuring Eminem and a few others. We will explain more at the event.
