Xavier Weeks is a 16-year-old artist out of Seattle, Washington. In the last few years, the city known mainly for grunge and rock has begun to blossom into a thriving hotbed for hip-hop. With artists like Travis Thompson and Lil Mosey following the footsteps of OG’s like Raz Simone and Macklemore. More and more young, talented, artists are starting to poke their way into the limelight.
Xavier Weeks first made waves with his single “Team” which has garnered 5.2 million views on his YouTube alone. Since then, he has also released music videos for his tracks “Cmon” and “Rambo.” At such a young age Weeks has already expressed an immense and deep understanding of music. Releasing his first song, titled “Messy,” in June of 2018. He has already amassed nearly 50,000 followers on Instagram and over 60,000 YouTube.

With so much life ahead of him and still many opportunities to learn. Weeks is one of the most exciting potential prospects of 2020. In his first year alone he came in with a true, solid fan base backing him. I have no doubt that he will continue to grow and lay another brick on Seattle’s road to hip-hop infamy.
