Chris Brown and Joyner Lucas have teamed up again with the release of their new song “Just Let Go.” Around a year ago, both artists announced that they were working on a full length project together. Unfortunately, no information has surfaced to provide more context for a release date. Regardless, they dropped two previous singles together titled “I Don’t Die” and “Stranger Things.” Hopefully the release of “Just Let Go” will drive the full length project to be dropped sooner than later.
From start to finish, both Chris Brown and Joyner Lucas do what they do best. Between Brown’s vocals and Lucas’s expansive verses, they compliment each other well with singing and rapping. It’s also refreshing to hear them over a more upbeat dance instrumental, since the last two singles were more trap-based. Check out the new single and accompanying video below!
