Life long Oregonians started Bull Run Craft Cannabis right next to Bull Run River in the shadow of Mt. Hood. Bull Run cannabis is grown on Stargazer Farm. Oregon’s lush terrain and terroir are an overlooked part of plant vibrancy. The lush green valley’s and sun-drenched hill surround an old rustic barn that was retrofitted into Bull Run’s headquarters.
John Plummer, Steve Bailey, and Mike Scarborough founded Bull Run with the grand combination of entrepreneur spirit and cannabis cultivation knowledge. These three gentlemen had very different paths to Bull Run, but all shared the same passion for growing organic cannabis. Plummer heads up the administrative duties of the business, Bailey manages all of the daily duties on the farm and Scarborough is the Head of Operations with extensive knowledge cannabis industry and community support.
Domino, Fly Dog, Louie, Penny, Boogie, Cowboy, Gracie, and Reggie are Bull Run’s loyal stable of farm dogs. These canine companions roam and guard the compound providing good vibes for friends, family, and visitors.

Bull Run’s strain lineup is as beautiful as the terrain its grown in. Many of these strains are exclusive phenotypes you can only find under their brand. Lift Me Up is a Durban Poison – CBD cross, Mt. Hood Magic is a cross between Durban Poison and Northern Lights #5. Grinsberry is a “world-famous” cross between Strawberry Cough and Dr. Grinspoon.
Bull Run was developing new cannabis cigars and pre-rolls during our tour. This team of cannabis connoisseurs is always experimenting with delivery methods with their flower lineup. The Hamilton Cannagar and the entire creation process was featured in Forbes.
