New Sol Single "The Kids" Available To Stream Everywhere

New Sol Single “The Kids” (Prod. Nima Skeemz, Elan Wright & Teal Douville)

It’s almost the end of the year but never fear, new music is here! The brand new Sol single, “The Kids,” was just dropped onto all streaming platforms. The beat is hopeful and as with most of his discography, this track spreads a message. But not like a stuffy non-profit might, Sol always writes deep messages into catchy attention grabbing verses.

“Yeah this world is getting fucked
And not the good fucked
That legs up that all night
Then wake up and make love again
I mean this world is getting violated
No wonder why my pupils dialated”

Sol gets some flack for being on the poppier side of hip-hop. But honestly, his lyricism still blows most of today’s rappers out of the water. Plus I can play his music around my grandma and she’s not going to lecture me on my life choices.

“I ain’t trying to tell anybody how to live, I just want to see you live”

As per usual, dream team production duo Elan Wright and Nima Skeemz are behind the beat as well as Teal Douville. If you listen real closely, you’ll hear some horns from Greg Kramer and the beautiful voice of Camila Recchio. Spin this one time for The Kids.
