House of Cultivar produces some amazing cannabis. Their Mendo Breath stands out as one of the best strains from them that I have smoked. Recently I purchased a selection of their sativa strains from a vendor day at The Evergreen Market in Auburn. Himalayan Pink is the first sativa dominant strain that I decided to smoke. It is the most visually appealing of the three strains that I picked up.
Viewing windows on the front and back of each bag provide you the opportunity to view your purchase without breaking the seal. Two nugs reside inside the packaging.
The strongest pine smell I have smelt in a long time in any cannabis strain comes from Himalayan Pink. Instantly made me feel as if I was in a pine tree forest when I opened the package. Everywhere trichomes cover the nugs. Orange hairs scattered in tight-knit patches also cover the nugs.
Taken over by a sweet taste the pine smell quickly vanished unexpectedly. The sativa side of the strain arrived strikingly quick. Promptly my head felt light and clear. A sense of anxiety that I typically get when smoking sativa strains never came. Not once did I feel extremely hungry. The two main feelings I experienced were focus and relaxation. Coming down did not leave me exhausted or worn out. It was as if I had taken a dab instead of smoking flower.
