Papa Bueno Tequila was founded by Scott Greenburg with an idea that tequila is more than just a drink, but something that celebrates personality and uniqueness. The Papa Bueno team creates their tequila to be as authentic and original as the people who drink it.
That line of thinking fits directly with Respect My Region, and we’re happy to host the second night of the Seattle World Tour with Papa Bueno. Join us with All Star Opera, Decent at Best, Baywitch and Retrospecter for a night of tequila shots and live music.
The Tequila
Papa Bueno distills their tequila in Atotonilco El Alto from agaves that were hand-picked in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. Tequila is made from cooking down agave hearts into a warm nectar that is fermented and distilled into the final product.
Silver
“Silver perfectly combines fresh, crisp accents with an exceptionally smooth finish. It is excellent straight up when chilled, and opens with soft agave aroma at room temperature. The Silver is handcrafted to be fresh water clear, soft and flawless.”
Reposado (Rested)
“Reposado sets the standard for a smooth, friendly, perfectly balanced tequila. It artfully highlights the tequila’s citrus hints with a flavorful honey glow. It is excellent up, or in a well-crafted cocktail.”
Añejo (Aged)
“Añejo is aged in oak barrels for a minimum of twelve months and blended to reveal a smooth, smoky oak tequila with light, warm caramel coloring. It is excellent for sipping and, with its vanilla-honey highlights, mixes well in robust cocktails.”
