Fans who purchase the Tailgate Package will gain early entry beginning at noon, giving them the opportunity to decorate their vehicles, meet fellow attendees, and participate in tailgate competitions alongside celebrities for various prizes before the festival officially begins.
The annual Harley-Davidson City Ride also returns, with riders meeting at South East Harley-Davidson before making their way toward the festival grounds.
Festival gates open at 3 p.m., allowing attendees plenty of time to explore local vendors, artwork, food trucks, merchandise booths, and community activations before live music begins.
The main stage programming starts at 6 p.m., leading into the highly anticipated headlining performance from mgk and Wiz Khalifa before the evening concludes with a fireworks show.

MGK’s relationship with Cleveland has remained one of the defining parts of his career.
In 2022, he made history by performing for more than 50,000 fans at Huntington Bank Field, becoming the first Ohio born artist to sell out the stadium.
