Killswitch Engage is not easing into this next chapter. They are coming back loud and fully locked in with a tour rollout that feels just as intentional as the music they have been putting out for over two decades. The band also announces more dates for the North American run that stretches across the summer and into the fall, with multiple lineups designed to hit differently depending on where you catch them.
This is not just one tour with rotating openers, this is a full scale plan, built around different regions and different energies, giving fans more than one version of what a Killswitch Engage show can feel like right now.
A Summer Run Built On Heavy Foundations
Things kick off June 3 in Detroit, setting the tone for a run that carries through June 27 in San Francisco, hitting key stops along the way while also landing on major festival stages like Milwaukee Metal Fest and the Warped Tour weekend in DC. It is the kind of routing that blends headline dominance with high profile festival moments, something Killswitch has been doing at a high level for years.

The lineup for this stretch is stacked with names that bring their own weight to the stage, including Machine Head, Iron Reagan, and Havok, a mix that leans into aggression, speed, and that raw edge that longtime fans expect. For more information on dates and tickets, click here.
Canada Gets A Different Kind Of Energy
By the time August rolls around, the band shifts gears and heads north for a dedicated Canadian run from August 5 through August 16, bringing a slightly different approach. This time, the lineup tightens up into something more focused, with Machine Head returning and Malevolence adding a heavier, groove driven presence.
The dates include stops at Rock La Cauze Festival and Burt Block Party, giving this leg a balance of festival exposure and direct headline shows, keeping the momentum moving without feeling repetitive.

Frontman Jesse Leach made it clear this split approach is intentional, describing the Canadian run as a power trio bill built around intensity, groove, and aggression, the kind of lineup that does not leave much room to breathe once the music starts.
Fall Dates Turn Up The Intensity Again
Killswitch Engage is not done there. September brings another run of U.S. dates, stretching from September 19 through October 1, with the lineup switching up to keep things fresh while still delivering something heavy.
Machine Head stays in the mix, joined this time by Rivers of Nihil and Judiciary, creating a blend that leans more technical while still keeping that hardcore backbone intact.

This leg also includes appearances at major festivals like Louder Than Life and Aftershock, reinforcing just how embedded the band still is on the biggest stages across the country.
Leach described this lineup as a different kind of devastation, pointing to the mix of atmosphere, technicality, and raw aggression that each band brings, making it clear that no two stops on this overall run are meant to feel the same.
About Killswitch Engage

Killswitch Engage emerged out of Western Massachusetts in the early 2000s and quickly became one of the defining forces behind modern metalcore, blending European influenced guitar work with East Coast hardcore energy and a level of melody that helped reshape heavy music at the time. Their 2002 album Alive or Just Breathing is still widely viewed as a cornerstone release, setting the tone for a generation of bands that followed.
Over the years, the band has built a legacy that goes beyond just influence, earning multiple GRAMMY nominations, gold and platinum records, and a run of Top 10 debuts on the Billboard 200. With billions of streams, sold out tours, and a constant presence on major festival stages, they have remained one of the most consistent and respected names in heavy music.
Now celebrating more than 25 years as a band, Killswitch Engage continue to push forward with new music and a touring presence that shows no signs of slowing down, proving that their impact is still very much active.
