Kylee’s connection to one of the best sub shops in Orange County is profound. Growing up, she frequently visited the shop with her family, creating lasting memories over the delicious sandwiches and the warm atmosphere. These early experiences inspired Kylee’s idea of one day owning Subs & Grub, a dream she has now realized.
After graduating from Arizona State University with a degree in Organizational Leadership, Kylee honed her leadership skills and business acumen as the General Manager of LB Collective, a cannabis dispensary in Long Beach that continues to thrive today.
“When the Boulton Family decided to sell, I knew I wanted to continue the community legacy,” Kylee shared. “Subs and Grub has always been more than just a place to eat; it’s a part of the community.”
Kylee’s vision for Subs and Grub includes maintaining the high standards that have earned the shop its loyal following while introducing new items that cater to modern dietary needs.
