MJ Unpacked returns! The highly respected cannabis industry B2B conference is headed to Detroit, MI for the first time. Cannabis industry professionals from around the country will gather on October 10th through the 12th at the Motorcity Casino Hotel for MJ Unpacked Detroit.
After successful shows over the past few years coast to coast in New York and Las Vegas, Unpacked is breaking new ground in the Midwest. Michigan is not only one of the most respected and hyped markets in the industry, it’s also home to a real cannabis culture (and FIRE weed) which can be rarely found outside of the West Coast. The state’s medical caregiver program has given the area a leg up on quality craft cannabis and the recreational market has seen some of the most aggressive pricing to date. While the market has seen challenges, the local consumer has been able to win with an abundance of good weed. Beyond the local area, Unpacked is known to bring high-level attendees from every corner of legal cannabis.
For those that are unfamiliar with how the event series “gets down”, it follows a similar format to most conferences with a trade show-esque floor a la the brand exhibition hall and then features various meeting rooms and speaking sessions. The brand exhibition hall features booths, activations, and unique brand showcases. The main differentiator between Unpacked and other shows is how curated the audience is. MJ Unpacked only allows licensed operators (with a focus on C-Suites) and accredited investors, this leads to a highly valuable room. No matter which room you’re in.

They are hosting one for the ages on October 10th at 7pm alongside the respected Farechild Events and Sensi Media Group.
