DROELOE is a rising Dutch electronic music artist. You might recognize his name due to his involvement with Bitbird and San Holo. DROELOE is a rising artist, continuing the push the boundaries of sound and experimentation. His new single, “Landscape,” is a light-hearted and upbeat jam which features the 4-pieice Dutch band, Banji. The collaboration is effortless as both their vocals blend together seamlessly, resulting in a feel good summer anthem. The light indie-pop track transforms into a happy, fast-paced drum and bass track halfway in, showcasing DROELOE’s musical versatility. “Landscape” is an uplifting reminder that gratitude is something to stay aware of, on any scale.
Along with the release of “Landscape,” DROELOE has announced his upcoming full concept album, ‘The Art of Change.’ ‘The Art of Change‘ is a highly personal collection of work that contains recorded voice memos to the past and future selves to plot out points on a multi-sensory map of life. This album is a self-reflection and displays DROELOE at his most vulnerable. He is opening up and digging into his experiences and emotions to share a heartfelt message with the listener.
“This album is a collection of ideas that I find important within my own personal development. It is a Journey to turn these ideas into songs and symbolic places, one that helps me to visit those ideas more often. I want to become a more active participant in my own growth, this album is a step in that direction” -DROELOE
On top of the singles from the new album, DROELOE extends his creative vision and album theme to his fans via a journaling opportunity on his website. Fans can write themselves a message, which will be sent back in a year. In addition, they’ll have access to a series of essays written by DROELOE which became the cornertones to the creation of “The Art of Change.”
