I have had the opportunity to smoke a few different processors 9lb Hammer extract. You can read my previous 9lb hammer review here. I have not had the opportunity to smoke it in concentrate form. Xtracted blew me away with the Cinderella’s Dream that they produced for Dawg Star Cannabis. This extract from Northwest Concentrates is a cross of Jack the Ripper, Hell’s Angel, and Gooberry. Everything about the flower versions of this I have smoked have been amazing. I had high hopes for the extract version.
Northwest Concentrates is part of x-tracted laboratories. Previous concentrates I have smoked from them have been amazing. 9 LB Hammer extract has a sweet pine aroma to it that instantly greets your nose. The dark amber colored wax is easy to break apart. I found getting the perfect size dab to extremely easy. The consistency allowed me to easily break off the size I wanted. It stuck directly to my dabber without having to balance it.
With a matchstick head sized dab loaded onto my dabber, I heated up my quartz banger. The flavor of this extract was sweeter than I anticipated. This extract has a very enjoyable flavor. Immediately afte exhaling my eyelids became heavy. My shoulders slouched back into my couch. I kicked my feet up on my coffee table and sat for a moment. The high was not overwhelming. I just felt the need to relax as I got higher. Due to the smoothness of the smoke and the nonexistent anxiety I would recomend this extract for any smoker.
