4stro F4ME (pronounced ‘Astro Fame’) aka Mr. 44 and Revert are two recording artists from Lakewood, Washington who made music for years together under the rap collective True Crew. The crew ended up splitting due to creative differences but Astro and Revert continued to make music as best friends.
4stro F4ME has made waves in the scene before, amassing over 340,000 streams on Spotify for his song “Cool,” and over 700,000 total streams for his whole catalog. Astro has been quietly killing the game but is ready for his shine as he breaks through the mainstream.
“12 Baby” Takes Over Seattle
With the NFL regular season kicking off last week, 4stro F4ME and Revert dropped their single “12 Baby,” immediately becoming a citywide hit. Using the beat from Lil Nas X and Jack Harlow’s “Industry Baby,” Astro and Revert created the new unofficial anthem for the Seattle Seahawks’ 2021 season.
With a Super Bowl in mind and the haters’ voices ringing loudly, “12 Baby” does nothing short of gassing up our Seattle Seahawks. The Washington rapper shouts out some of the team’s best players like Russell Wilson, DK Metcalf, and Tyler Lockett. Connecting football lingo with witty wordplay and references.
“12 Baby” has become a local hit so far with many fans calling for it to become the official anthem of the Seattle Seahawks. It has already been played on Kube 93.3’s “The Wakeup Morning Show” and received love from Pro-Bowler DK Metcalf.
4stro F4me – “12 Baby” Featuring Revert
Seattle got off to a hot start last week beating the Indianapolis Colts 28-16 in Indiana. With their first home game this weekend against the Titans, it will be exciting to see the 12’s get active. Will we hear “12 Baby” make its rounds through the stadium? While that would be dope, I think it’s safe to bet you will definitely be hearing it at the tailgates.
“Go Hawks!”
