28AV has been getting comfortable in Detroit. After dropping “Twin Chops” with the original Skub himself and Motor City favorite Sada Baby, he’s come back again. This time tapping in with Tee Grizzley and Blanco Warren on “Pistolet.”
28AV does what he does and kills the track. His hook ties it all together beautifully, acting as a break between intense transfer going on between artists. My favorite bars have to come from Tee, his Detroit choppas style and high energy oozes through the screen and can get any function going.
The visuals for “Pistolet” premiered on World Star Hip-Hop and give off heavy Scar Face/ King Pin vibes. You’ll catch 28AV in a lavish Gold Mansion as well as a fancy studio drenched in ice and showing how far he’s come.
The last year and a half have been huge for 28AV as he’s collaborated with some of the biggest names in hip-hop from all over the country. His meteoric rise out of Seattle has launched him into a national spotlight and he’s taking the bag and running.
With no signs of slowing down, 28AV is officially in the upper echelon of underground talent after dropping “Pistolet.” With a few more bangers and keeping on point with his strategy, he is sure to break into the mainstream sooner than later.
Who are you trying to see 28AV collaborate with next? Do you want to see another Detroit rapper or see what he’s got in another city? In the end, there’s no telling what he will do all we know is that whatever he does will be fire as hell.
