Virtual sets and livestream-style concerts are becoming the new norm to connect artists to their fans. It may not be as intense as a mosh pit or the transcendent experience of enjoying music with thousands of other people, but it’s all we have for right now.
Artist are clearly using this time to move forward with music production, releasing new tracks, spinning remixes, and even teasing new collaborations. Zeds Dead recently played a short clip of their upcoming collab with Yultron during their Nocturnal Wonderland live stream event.
The track ‘Mammoth’ isn’t set to release yet, but the artists’ styles come through clearly from the video we have.
Yultron is known for his psy-trance style that’s driving the bass through the entire single. Zeds Dead’s heaviness definitely takes over the track at some points thought making it a dynamic collaboration with fluid transitions. ZD often takes on a sort of acid-synth-like tone that really intensifies the track.
Yultron is a relatively new producer who has climbed his way to success with natural talent. Headliners have played his songs on their set skyrocketing his following in a matter of years.
Zeds Dead is still riding the high of their recent release ‘We Are Deadbeats Vol. 4‘. Both artists are insanely talented and produce head bangers that are played on stages across the world.
