Yung Al comes from humble beginnings, born in Iberia, Louisiana, then moving to Houston at the age of 4. He’s recently been making Houston proud with his WSHH (WorldstarHipHop) featured track “Fall In.”
Growing up on the Southside of Houston, he has always been one for the limelight. In 2018, his life took a dramatic turn as he was almost fatally shot. This left him recovering for months. After a full recovery, he devoted the entirety of his focus to music. Telling the struggles of his past and his story through melodic trap tunes.
Alongside his standout debut single “Jungle Freestyle,” “Fall In” has become one of his signature sounds. It gained even further notoriety as it was featured on the WSHH YouTube. Rapping on his journey to success and chasing the bag, he creates an infectious vibe.
Al sing/rapping over a smooth, piano-laden beat entangles you in its simplicity. Yung Al has been making a statement in a very saturated area of Hip-Hop. He’s been standing out in Houston alongside city name stays like Stackztootrill. With the rapid rate at which he’s rising, it serves to see what Al will achieve next.
