Young Thug Showbox Seattle Recap (or record of regret)
Last night Joey, a few friends, and myself hit the Young Thug Showbox show. We were all disappointed when we heard about Tory Lanez canceling and outside of Huey P there were no other acts on the bill. This is the first time I’ve been to a hip-hop show where there were too few acts for a change.
Huey P opened up to a filling up crowd and dude worked the stage like a vet. Tossing out joints and performing with energy, he set the tone for the night. Next up our good homie DJ Famous had the crowd singing along to todays top slappers and got them ready for the main event.
The main event looked something like this…..
I mean honestly this dude was wearing a women’s top. While he had some bangers I couldn’t hear him that great on the system and I don’t know if a single track he played was a solo record or a feature from someone else’s record…and bruh…he…wore…a women’s top AND a tail…bruuuh, he was wearing a tail. I cant…
I’m all for creative expression and being who you are, but this was too much. I don’t see the hype.
