The future retail dispensary is located at 2320 North Rose Avenue, Oxnard, CA. The building is currently under construction by the two locally-owned cannabis companies, Tree Factory and FGH.
Tree Factory and FGH will be welcoming guests into the dispensary-to-be for an exclusive tour, Meet-and-Greet, and Q&A.
Located at The Rose II Shopping Center in Oxnard, this heavily trafficked area will be the perfect location for Tree Factory and FGH to establish the largest cannabis dispensary and educational/wellness center in Ventura County.
Tree Factory and FGH plan to show guests all of the future dispensary’s unique features. All the while highlighting their efforts to enforce safety, compliance, and professionalism.

Tree Factory is a locally-owned and operated cannabis dispensary and delivery service in Ventura County, California. Since 2015, they have been one of the few cannabis delivery services in the county. After completing a 22-month contract as the delivery arm of another local dispensary, the company acquired its first retail dispensary in Port Hueneme on May 1, 2021. FGH Retail LLC are owners and managers of 7 other retail licenses collectively. They also have partnerships with over 15 local non-profits across Ventura County.
