This Friday, September 22nd, SZA’s highly acclaimed SOS tour hits Florida’s west coast at Tampa’s Amalie Arena. This show includes special guest d4vd, and if you enjoy moody ‘bedroom-style’ indie pop mixed with R&B you may recognize him from “Here With Me” or “Romantic Homicide.”
SZA’s SOS tour comes right after the star’s largely successful sophomore album. It should be noted that this album held the most non-consecutive weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 by women in 7 years with 10 weeks. It also earned the singer the largest streaming week for an R&B album in the United States. With many breakout hits including “Kill Bill”, “Snooze”, and “I Hate U”, SOS has largely dominated the charts, the radio, and mainstream social media platforms.
