In further efforts to showcase up-and-coming artists and support local talents from region to region, Respect My Region has made the connection with a couple of fresh faces who are interning with Atlantic Records. With our combined tastemaking skills and industry connections, we are curating a monthly Spotify playlist that features a bevy of bangers.
This playlist will feature a mixture of what’s hot right now in the underground, locally here in the states, as well as globally. As purveyors of dope music and fire cannabis, we seek to further unite these demographics through the airwaves. Most of our fans enjoy cannabis and listen to dope music — so we’re just bridging the gap.
If you’re an artist that is looking to be featured on our website or playlist, we’re giving artists the ability to be on the playlist for as little as 14 days or as long as 60 days. Prices include a 30 – 60-minute long phone call with our curation partners who currently work as interns in A&R and Publicity (respectively) for Atlantic Records.
A phone call with someone who’s hands are deeper in the music industry could provide game-changing advice to your own endeavors. Or, you could even learn how you to make your entrance into the music industry working in concert management, publicity, or A&R (artists & repertoire.)
Any artist that gets put on the playlist will also receive a full feature on the website talking about their latest single and upcoming events.
