Stanwood, WA is a pretty small town 50 miles north of Seattle but Svin Garden is a new tier-2 producer/processor putting them on the map. Since June of 2016, they’ve been hard at work pumping out premium cannabis and concentrates with their custom indoor system. When given the option of reviewing one of their strains, I immediately set my sights on their version of RudeBoi OG.
I’ve come across this indica-dominant hybrid strain before from fellow i-502 grower, Secret Gardens, and it got me incredibly stoned—I like that. The potent genetics behind this strain bred by Archive Seeds (per Leafly,) is Face-Off OG crossed with OG Kush. It has a noticeably strong kush scent that I love. It also has a lingering cerebral high that lets you zone out into work or play.
RudeBoi OG By Svin Garden
Looking at the nug of Svin’s RudeBoi OG it had all the looks of a loyal offering of the genetics. When I got within whiffing distance it immediately hit me with that gassy yet sweet scent that had a combination of citrus and mint on the tail end. Ample crystals were covering the whole nug that stuck to my fingers when I broke it apart for a joint.
I took my dog out for a walk and lit up the joint of the RudeBoi. Right away, I got that garden-fresh taste I was smelling before burning it. I like it when the kush actually tastes
This strain has the ability to relax your body amply. It has the potential to sit you down just as much as it could get you lost in music making or TV show binging. I like the dreamy qualities of this strain because it gives you that kind of sublime brain and body high that brings you back to high school smoke sessions.
