CBD Seltzers have become super popular across the United States. It seems like every smoke shop and gas station carries at least 2-3 different types. One of the newest and increasingly popular CBD Seltzer brands is one that we discovered on Instagram called Rhythm CBD.
This seltzer may look familiar to some of you because I recently did an unboxing video of this seltzer. Go ahead and check out that video for a brief intro to the CBD Seltzers if you haven’t already.
The specific drink we have today is the Awake CBD Seltzer Rhythm. This seltzer deliciously contains natural flavorings, broad-spectrum CBD, caffeine derived from green tea, and “none of that other noise. ” Not sure what that means exactly, but I dig the vibe. Especially since this drink only has five calories in the whole can!
The Rhythm CBD Seltzer contains no GMO and no THC. It’s Vegan friendly and gluten-free with 50 mg of caffeine and 15 mg of broad-spectrum CBD. The ingredients for this CBD Seltzer are exact and listed on the can with only seven of them in total.

I ready my frosty glass and I start to pour the CBD seltzer into it. The herbaceous grapefruit fragrance fills the cup and packs a strong punch to the senses. As a complement to the aroma, the color is a rich and vibrant pink that makes any glass Instagram-worthy. For those reasons alone, I can’t wait to give this a taste.
I take my first sip and it’s so flavorful it feels like its freshly made just for me. The broad-spectrum CBD goes well with the fruity flavors, and its effects are so smooth yet energetic.
Across the board for all categories, this Rhythm CBD seltzer is a solid 9. The flavor profile of grapefruit and herbs tastes so natural that it “awakens” your mouth with it’s bubbly CBD goodness. During my Rhythm CBD unboxing video, I got a glimpse into the world of CBD seltzers. The Grapefruit Rosemary CBD Seltzer is excellent with its branding, taste, and CBD that gives you the energy to function.
In my opinion, I would add more rosemary herb flavor to market it as a healthy alternative to other caffeinated drinks. But besides that, props to Rhythm, you created a tasty drink that brings CBD to folks with a natural effervescent twist.
