Raider Nation, it’s a new era. The Las Vegas Raiders are entering the 2025 NFL season with Geno Smith under center and Pete Carroll running the show. After last year’s disappointing 4–13 finish, the Raiders front office moved quick this offseason, bringing in proven leadership on both sides of the ball. Today we break down the Raiders 2025 record based on AI predictions.
Geno’s arrival brings veteran stability, and with new additions like Offensive guru Chip Kelley along with players like Raheem Mostert, Jeremy Chinn, and rookie standout Ashton Jeanty, the Silver & Black are aiming to flip the narrative in a stacked AFC West.
So what can we expect this season?

Joey’s 2025 Raiders Hot Take
This season is all about rebuilding the Raider identity. With Geno Smith leading the offense, Pete Carroll returning to the sidelines, and foundational pieces like Crosby and Jeanty on both sides of the ball, the Raiders are positioned to make real noise in 2025—even if it’s not a playoff run just yet.
The AFC West remains brutal, but there’s real culture forming in Vegas.
Even though AI got the first game of the preseason incorrect, with the Seahawks and Raiders tying scores up at 23 all, Raider Nation rides regardless.
