Playboi Carti has announced that he will be hitting the road before 2021 is over. Including over 40 shows between October and December, the Narcissist Tour will pass through most of the United States. This will be the King Vamp MC’s first headlining tour since 2018, when he was promoting his previous record Die Lit. However, after an extended period of time, Playboi Carti has plenty of new material to perform for his fans on tour. Particularly his upcoming album slated to release September 13th.
Carti’s latest release, Whole Lotta Red, was dropped on Christmas Day in 2020. While it has been a good amount of time since he released this project, the COVID pandemic has prevented Carti and many other artists from promoting their new material live. Luckily, the Atlanta rapper will have his chance starting October 14th. Beginning in Nashville, Playboi Carti fans will finally be able to experience Whole Lotta Red in a live tour setting.
Playboi Carti Will Capitalize On The Success of Whole Lotta Red
According to Billboard, Carti’s latest full length debuted at number 1 on the Billboard 200 chart. With this momentum, Sir Cartier will surely include a ton of this material in his Narcissist Tour setlists. Playboi Carti fans will have a chance to hear club bangers like “M3tamorphosis” featuring Kid Cudi, and “Go2DaMoon” featuring Kanye West. Both of these tracks feature booming bass lines and eclectic vocals from Carti. Hearing these songs through massive speakers will naturally be incredibly hype. He also appears on West’s latest release, Donda. With this in mind, there is always a chance Carti will link up with his collaborators in a live setting.

Playboi Carti will hit up a new city almost every fall night on the Narcissist Tour, spanning a large portion of the country. The Narcissist Tour will wrap up on December 23rd, almost a year after the release of Whole Lotta Red. His last stop is naturally in Atlanta, Georgia, which is his hometown. These shows are predicted to be absolutely insane, as Carti is known for his electric performances. Tickets for the tour will be available on September 2nd, so if you are trying to see the “King Vamp” rapper, you will need to act fast.
