Pemberton Music Festival is surprisingly unknown to many people throughout the Pacific Northwest and this year we are hoping to attend for our first time. This year’s PMF lineup is arguably the best lineup I’ve seen and features 4 days of music and comedy.
Bassnectar and Snoop Dogg will kick the first night of Pemberton Music Festival off on Thursday and Friday’s lineup will feature J.Cole and Kaskade as headliners.
Saturday is sure to be one of the craziest days with sets from The Killers, Wiz Khalifa, and Ice Cube. On Sunday we will end with Pearl Jam and Halsey. The lineup isn’t limited to just these headliners and definitely features tons of other talented performers.
Highlights From Pemberton Music Festival
The lineup for Thursday features 4 artists that I refuse to miss. I am very excited for Bassnectar & Snoop Dogg to be headlining and I will also check out Keys N’ Krates and Purity Ring.
Friday’s lineup is a bit more up my alley thanks to performances from J.Cole, Miguel, Method Man & Redman, Joey Bada$$, Kehlani and a DOPE selection of electronic music producers. I’m a huge fan of Miguel and would do just about anything to sing along with him during his live performance.
I’m sure that all of the ladies attending PMF will go crazy for Kaskade, Flosstradamus, and last but not least, Big Gigantic! I can’t wait for some feel good music from Kaskade and Big Gigantic before going completely ratchet for the Floss set.
Saturday has another stacked lineup that is sure to bring out the crazy hidden within every Canadian. Wiz Khalifa, Ice Cube, YG, and Tory Lanez will definitely have the crowd hyped up and ratchet while The Killers, Billy Idol, Mastodon, Girl Talk, Datsik, Allen Stone, and Hucci are also expected to deliver equally massive performances.
Pearl Jam and Halsey are set to headline Sunday but don’t sleep on the other artist on the lineup. Dizzy Wright, Tyler The Creator, and Mac Miller will definitely have the crowd’s head bobbing to their killer hip-hop flows. I’m particularly excited to see Baauer and DJ Snake’s ability to keep the crowd ‘turnt up’ from start to finish.
