Doctors all over the world, throughout history, acknowledge herbal medicine and have been studying and putting to practice generational recipes for the soul for centuries. Chronic illness and pain is also antiquitous. Life can be brutal! So by all means, be patient with yourself and others when you witness another person catching their breath, whether the action of peace is taking a puff of a joint or a sip of tea, let it be.
Intoxicating Collaboration
The new collaboration is a special occasion as TMF Precha and Mad Zero, who is Precha’s nephew, make music together. Fade Away speaks to resilience in healing, as Mad Zero has scoliosis, and Precha’s wife has an autoimmune disorder. The song is about allowing the pain to fade away, literally. Always worth mentioning how marijuana can provide beneficial and holistic relief. However, Precha quit smoking a long time ago but refers to the past to construct his verse.
TMF Precha said: “In my verse, I reference losing my job and spending my last paycheck on a quarter pound of weed and an eight ball that I used to make up enough money for a couple of car payments until I could get another job. Since I was a big pothead back then I ended up smoking the majority of the weed but was able to sell the cocaine although after seeing a guy shoot it up, it didn’t sit well with me and so I stopped. All of that is referenced in the song.”
This track release follows Odd Squad Family‘s latest album Abled released in March which includes breakout singles “Overlooked” and “Disabled,” and TMF Precha’s latest single “Man Up.” Precha has been unstoppable all 2023 and plans to finish the year with more new music that includes an upcoming collaboration with legendary rapper Chino XL, which leads up to a highly-anticipated new album, currently untitled, slated for early 2024.
