On December 4th from 12:05 to 1:25, Respect My Region’s Shelbie Vasquez will host the first ever Nevada Women Cannabis Panel at the Planet 13 High Stakes Stage. Presented by Good Life Gang, Future4200 Community, and BeardBros Pharms, Shelbie and her fellow panelists will unite and bring the spirit of empowerment and progress during Nevada Cannabis Week.
The Nevada Women Cannabis Panel will feature esteemed industry leaders Dani Baranowski, Tina Ulman, and Sara Stewart, with RMR’s Joey Brabo providing a North American Weed Tour update before the discussion and facilitating a Q&A session afterward.

Dani Baranowski: Co-founder and former Vice President of the Chamber of Cannabis, Baranowski has been instrumental in advocating for progressive cannabis policies in Nevada. She has also served as a sales manager and brand strategist at State Flower Cannabis and Valhalla Confections, contributing significantly to the industry’s growth.
Tina Ulman: As a co-founder and former President of the Chamber of Cannabis, Ulman has played a pivotal role in uniting the cannabis community and driving legislative reforms. Her efforts have been crucial in the passage of bills such as AB341, which legalized cannabis consumption lounges in Nevada.
Sara Stewart: President and Co-Founder of Ritual Cannabis Hospitality, Stewart is recognized as a pioneer in cannabis consumption lounges. With over 15 years in the restaurant industry, she has been instrumental in launching and managing some of America’s first licensed cannabis lounges, including Lowell Cafe in West Hollywood.
